Episode one of a fruit courtroom: an apple is on trial for something nobody will name, ends on the charge being read.

Shorts rewards the channel more than the clip. A video that performs and leads nowhere is worth less than a slightly weaker one that makes the viewer check what else is there.

Write episode two first
If you cannot name the next video, the idea is a one-off and will behave like one.
Recurring faces
Familiarity is the only thing that converts a view into a subscription.
Title in the frame
The visual should make sense without the title, because Shorts often does not show it.
Open ending, closed scene
Resolve the moment, leave the situation open.

Questions about this pack
What is different about prompting for YouTube Shorts?
Shorts is a channel-building surface. The prompt should produce an episode, not a clip: recurring characters, a resolved moment, and a situation left open so the next video has somewhere to go.
Do AI Shorts get demonetized?
AI-generated content is not banned from the Partner Program. What is not eligible is mass-produced, templated content with little variation between videos. A series with real ideas and a recurring cast is a different thing to forty near-identical uploads.
How many videos before a Shorts series works?
Enough for the cast to become familiar, which in practice means a run of episodes rather than a test of two. Judge the format on the series, not the first video.
