← Prompt library Series pack

Fruit Love Island prompts for a series, not a clip.

Reality formats are the strongest engine in short-form because they never resolve. Every episode ends owing the audience something. Write the debt, not the drama.

What makes these work

1

Fixed cast

The same faces every episode. Recasting resets the audience's investment to zero.

2

One event per episode

A coupling, a betrayal, an arrival. Two events in one video means neither lands.

3

A confession cam

One character talking straight to camera is the cheapest exposition the format has.

4

End owing something

The last line should raise a question the next episode answers.

Questions about this pack

How do I keep a fruit reality series going?

Never fully resolve an episode. Each one should answer the previous cliffhanger and open a new one, which is the same engine that runs the real format. A series that resolves has no episode two.

How many characters should the cast have?

Between four and six. Fewer and the couplings run out; more and the audience cannot keep track of who betrayed whom, which is the only thing they are actually tracking.

How often should I post episodes?

Consistently enough that the cliffhanger is still live when the next one arrives. Daily works, weekly works, irregular does not, because the format's value is entirely in the wait.
