Refund Policy

frutti.ai is a digital, credit-based service that is delivered and consumed instantly. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable except where this policy or applicable law expressly requires otherwise. Please read this before you subscribe.

1. General rule — all sales are final

frutti.ai (the "Service") is operated by Fast AI Labs ("we", "us"). The Service provides immediate access to AI generation features and a balance of usage credits. Subscriptions and credits are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that you are buying digital content and a service that begins immediately, and that you are not entitled to a refund once supply has begun, except as set out below or as required by mandatory law.

2. Your statutory cancellation right (and how it ends)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content and services supplied immediately, that right ends as soon as performance begins. When you complete a purchase and access the Service, generate any content, or spend any credits, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37; EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). We surface this acknowledgement at checkout.

3. Credits

  • Credits are allocated when a plan starts or renews and are non-refundable once allocated.
  • We do not refund or pay out unused, expired, or forfeited credits, and credits have no cash value.
  • Credits consumed by a generation are not returned if you are unhappy with the result — automatic refunds only occur when a generation fails technically before producing output.
  • Unless your plan states otherwise, credits do not roll over and reset each billing period.

4. Subscriptions, cancellation & renewals

  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not give partial, pro-rata, or unused-time refunds for the remainder of a paid period after cancellation or downgrade.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before a renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable, including where you forgot to cancel or did not use the Service.
  • If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal; continuing to use the Service after renewal confirms acceptance.

5. What we do not refund

Without limiting the above, we do not provide refunds for:

  • dissatisfaction with the style, quality, accuracy, or originality of AI-generated output — output is inherently variable and you can preview examples before buying;
  • change of mind, accidental purchase after use, or buying the wrong plan;
  • failure to use, or forgetting to cancel, the Service;
  • suspension or termination of your account for breach of our Terms of Service;
  • action taken against your social accounts by third-party platforms (e.g. X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram), which we do not control;
  • service interruptions, third-party (AI provider, platform, or payment) outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a bank or card chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of our Terms. We may treat it as such by immediately suspending or terminating the account and any associated credits or access, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with our payment processor using our records of your acceptance of these terms and your usage.

7. When we may issue a refund

Any refund is at our sole discretion and is not a precedent or an entitlement. We will, however, correct genuine billing errors — for example a duplicate charge or a charge caused by our own technical fault — where you report it to us within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our processor (Stripe) and may take several business days to appear.
